Ms. Sterns leads the Marketing and Communications team in the development and implementation of marketing and communication strategies to support the organizational goals of Hilltop Holdings and its family of companies.

Ms. Sterns oversees media relations, internal and external communications, advertising, promotions, digital media, events, community relations, and related activities, focusing on building the brands of Hilltop Holdings companies through consistent messaging to customers, employees, communities, investors, and the media.
