As Chief Human Resources Officer, Mr. Strawn oversees all human resources activities including payroll, employee on-boarding, corporate and operations recruiting, benefits, HR systems, compensation, learning and development, employee relations, and culture.

Under Mr. Strawn’s leadership, the human resources department at Hilltop ensures that the company maintains a positive working environment that supports the firm’s core objectives and maximizes employee retention and satisfaction.
