As Chief Enterprise Risk Officer, Mr. Fields oversees the financial and regulatory risks of Hilltop Holdings and subsidiaries including credit, market, liquidity, interest rate, counterparty, and model risk.

Mr. Fields chairs the Hilltop Holdings Credit Risk Committee and the Model Risk Governance Committee, as well as being a member of the Asset & Liability Committee. He also serves on the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas’ Chief Risk Officer Panel.
