We are always looking to hire undergraduates or graduate students for our Internship Program. Summer internships are typically 8-10 weeks, beginning in late May or early June, and we typically open applications in September. All internships are full-time, paid opportunities. PlainsCapital Bank Internships

The Bank’s summer internships are focused on commercial credit analysis in key markets across Texas. Interns work closely with our credit analyst teams and benefit from hands-on learning in a small group environment. You will gain exposure to many aspects of banking, including commercial lending, commercial credit, treasury management, and wealth management. You will have the opportunity to meet and interact with local leadership and banking teams. Bank candidates must be pursuing a degree in finance or accounting with an interest in a career in commercial credit analysis and/or lending.

Qualifications for a Student Internship Program

Must be a rising senior or at the graduate level, depending on the internship position
Must be pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree from an accredited four-year university
Must be in good standing with your university
Authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employer-sponsored work authorization now or in the future
