"Volunteering in the local community with PlainsCapital has always been a win-win for me. There’s a joy in the giving back, in empowering our youth through programs like Junior Achievement, but there’s the added benefit of growing personal relationships within the company. I believe that’s what sets PlainsCapital apart; our people truly care about one another both inside and outside of the office."
