As Executive Vice President of Corporate Development, Mr. Yohe oversees Hilltop’s merger and acquisition activities, including the sourcing, evaluation and due diligence, structuring, and integration of acquisition opportunities.

Mr. Yohe also leads the Investor Relations department and manages Ratings Agency relationships, along with leading and supporting a variety of strategic initiatives for Hilltop Holdings. Mr. Yohe also serves on the Investment Committee of Hilltop’s merchant banking arm, Hilltop Opportunity Partners.

  • Joined the Hilltop Team as an Associate in 2011
  • Has held a series of positions at Hilltop Holdings, including senior associate, senior vice president, and executive vice president of corporate development (current role)
  • Began his career as an analyst with UBS Investment Bank in 2009
