Hilltop Holdings’ Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP) is a two-year early career development program that focuses on finance, accounting, treasury, and internal audit. Open to recent college graduates with degrees in finance, accounting, or economics, this career path is designed to instill a broad understanding of the Hilltop enterprise and accelerate professional growth. It is a rotational program that combines job training, mentorship, career development, and community service opportunities while fostering a community within the organization and the FLDP class.
PlainsCapital’s Banker Development Program is a comprehensive training program for qualified candidates interested in pursuing a career as a commercial lender. While in the program, individuals participate in formal classroom-style training, attend meetings with a variety of PlainsCapital lines of business and departments and get to know key executives. This hands-on program allows aspiring lenders to learn about important commercial banking and credit analysis concepts, as well as PlainsCapital’s unique business, as they advance their careers.
