Career Highlights

Before joining HilltopSecurities, Mr. Winges served as senior managing director at Piper Jaffray where he was a member of the leadership team
While at Piper Jaffray, also served as head of fixed income services, head of firm investments and trading, president of Piper Jaffray Investment Management, and head of municipal sales and trading, among other roles
Also led the firm’s risk management efforts and balance sheet investing and funding
