HOP also seeks investment opportunities with companies in industries of strategic interest to the broader Hilltop Holdings organization (e.g., Fintech). By leveraging Hilltop’s strategic insight and position as a value added partner, HOP seeks to create value for companies it invests in beyond simply filling a capital need.

Home Partners of America is a leader in the single-family housing market that acquires and rents single-family homes while providing the right to purchase the home in the future. HOP exited its’ investment in June 2021 following the acquisition of Home Partners by Blackstone REIT.
